This week’s podcast is an interview with Natasha Mang. Natasha is a Happiness Community Member who completed the 21 Day Happiness Challenge and has offered to come on the podcast and share her insights and lessons learned. In today’s episode Natasha shares how she used her experience in her first happiness challenge to get even more out of the second challenge. She makes me laugh when she shares how she “beat the system” on her first challenge and how she is consciously choosing how she shows up each day. She also shares insight on how her whole family is using the Love Languages to improve communication and more effectively show each other love. Such a fun interview and so many great take-a ways.
