This week we are talking about why we need to avoid negativity and the 3 C’s to increase happiness.  Negativity is contagious and the 3 Cs of Comparing, Complaining and Criticizing spread that negativity in our lives.  They are so prevalent in our culture that we often don’t even realize when we are doing them.   The sooner we identify why and where they show up in our lives, the sooner we can stop them!  Eliminating these negative factors or at least decreasing them will add to our happiness journey.

    That’s a thought Luc. I find on social media I skip over the negativity! It is rampant! Your are certainly right about the news. You have me considering changing my time spent on that!
