This week is the first episode where we are finding out what practical tools Happiness Community Members got by doing the 21 Day Happiness Challenge.  This week Jenni MacDonald is our guest and she is sharing how she used the 21 Day Happiness Challenge to pinpoint some specific things in her life she could change to rediscover her happy.  Having already realized that she wasn’t as happy as she had once been, she used the challenge to help her refocus and find her happier!  Its a fun interview with some great take-aways for all of us!
