Who You'll Be Working With

Hi, I’m Bona.

A few years ago I stopped passively living my life and started looking for guidance and answers on living my authentic and happy life. I was tired of constantly trying to be what others wanted me to be and never really finding where I fit. And not just where I fit, but that deep down knowing I was living my best life! Not someone else’s version of my best life.

Since then, I’ve shared my happiness tool concepts, methods, and implementation tricks with people on my podcast, The Happier You, and with my Happiness Challenges and courses. What I noticed about both my personal participants and the corporate workshops and challenges I ran, was that these concepts resonated with everyone. 

People reached out and shared how this was working for them and asked for advice and clarification on how to better use them in their own lives.

Our happiness, or lack of it, doesn’t just affect our home lives.  Happier people are more motivated and more productive.  We’re better parents, partners and community members.

I have taken feedback, experience and stories not just from my lived experience, but all the people who have shared their wins and struggles with me on their journey too.
