This podcast is timely as I have been thinking about the last few years and the craziness of the pandemic and how my day to day has changed. I began looking back at small things that made me happy before and for some reason I stopped doing. I realized during my reflection that at this moment in time I don’t need major life changing events, but simply some little concrete actions that make me happy. They are: listen to music, dance with my kids and be silly at least once a day.
