Great conversation! Janene has coached me over the years and my home reflects the freedom I’d longed to embody. Still doing my daily “sweep” years later.

    • Oh Jen. Thank you for sharing! Janene really is an amazing person. I love how you describe your home as “reflects the freedom I’d longed to embody.” So powerful. I love my “sweeps” but they aren’t daily yet! I’m still a work in progress. Thanks again for sharing!

Stuff is paralyzingly for me. I have so much inherited stuff that I am completely overwhelmed and I’ve struggled with it for years.
I don’t want to spend anymore time organizing “the stuff”
I need “free” in my space. I’m clean and tidy and sweep often but it’s the other part – “the stuff” I need to part with. Thank you Bona and Janene for today 💗💗

    • Lisa! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings. yeah, paralyzing is a good descriptor. I totally hear you about feeling “free” in your space. I like how she acknowledges that it isn’t the stuff we’re stuck on, but the emotional baggage that goes with it! Wishing you luck with this challenge. Janene has free drop-in workshops once a month.
