We all have positive habits we want to adopt, or perhaps we had them but fell off track. Life happens, and sometimes we lose sight of these beneficial routines.
James Clear tells us that when starting a new habit, it’s crucial to identify with someone who already practices that habit. Starting small is essential, as we discovered in our Discover & Thrive coaching group.
That’s where the idea of the “easy win” comes in! By identifying an “easy win” – a small, manageable task you can achieve even on the busiest or toughest days – you can keep moving towards your goals. It’s all about trial and error, reflection, and continuous improvement. Progress in the right direction, no matter how small, is better than standing still.
