Who You'll Be Working With

Hi, I’m Bona.

A few years ago, I made a powerful decision to stop living life on autopilot. I was tired of constantly trying to fit into other people’s expectations and never truly feeling at home in my own life. I wanted more than just a sense of fitting in—I craved the deep, personal fulfillment that comes from living authentically and pursuing my version of a happy life.

That shift led me on a journey of self-discovery, where I uncovered practical, effective tools for creating lasting happiness. Through my podcast, The Happier You, and my courses and Happiness Challenges, I’ve shared these methods with countless others. I’ve seen firsthand how these tools resonate with people from all walks of life, whether in personal coaching sessions or corporate workshops.

I’ve had people reach out to share their successes and ask for guidance on how to adapt these happiness tools to their own unique circumstances. It became clear that these concepts don’t just improve personal happiness—they positively impact every aspect of our lives. Happier people are more productive, more motivated, and more engaged. We become better parents, partners, and community members.

What I bring to this course is not only my personal experience but also the collective wisdom of the incredible individuals I’ve worked with—those who’ve shared their struggles and triumphs on their own paths to happiness.
